PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PVC inner reinforced waterproof roll is a kind of polymer waterproof material with excellent performance. It is made of PVC resin as the main raw material, various special additives and anti-aging components, polyester fiber fabric inner layer, glass fiber inner layer, and advanced equipment and technology. Compared with non internally reinforced polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproof materials, this product has the characteristics of high tensile strength, high elongation, low shrinkage, good low-temperature flexibility, and long service life. The product has a width of 2.05m and thicknesses of 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 2.0mm (special specifications can be customized). The product has stable performance, reliable quality, easy construction, and a wide range of applications.

BASE TREATMENT
(1) After the pouring of the fine aggregate concrete cushion layer is completed, it should be promptly drained, compacted, and smoothed. If there are defects such as honeycomb, rough surface, cracking, gaps, and holes, a 1:2.5 cement mortar should be used for leveling. The cushion layer should be solid, flat, and clean. It can be damp but there should be no visible water. Otherwise, it should be sealed and drained in advance to avoid hindering the construction of the waterproof layer.
(2) The base layer of the facade of enclosure structures such as piles and ground connecting walls, which adopt the method of external and internal waterproofing, can be leveled with concrete, cement mortar, etc. The flatness of the base surface should meet the requirement of D/L ≤ 1/6, where D is the depth between adjacent convex surfaces and L is the distance between adjacent convex surfaces. When the flatness does not meet the requirements, a 1:2.5 cement mortar should be used for filling and smoothing. Before the base concrete hardens, sharp and protruding debris such as stones on the surface of the base should be removed.
(3) The steel bars, bolts, etc. protruding from the surface of the base layer should be cut off from the root, and the cut area should be covered with a 1:2.5 cement mortar for leveling treatment. The thickness of the covering mortar should not be less than 20mm, and the coverage should meet the flatness requirements of the base surface.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Full adhesion system:
Generally used for roofs and basement side walls. Use our company's specialized adhesive to bond the composite non-woven PVC with the base layer (concrete surface, metal surface, wooden surface), and the bond is firm. The non-woven fabric underneath PVC can provide isolation, protection, and buffering. Grassroots requirements: The moisture content should be ≤ 8%, and it should be flat, dense, and free of peeling. Construction is greatly affected by weather conditions.
Mechanical fixing system:
It is generally used in roof engineering to conduct pull-out tests on the base layer. Based on the pull-out value, wind load, and dynamic wind load simulation test values and empirical formulas provided by our company, the spacing and quantity of fixed components are calculated to meet the requirements of wind resistance and buoyancy. The fixed parts use self tapping drills, self tapping screws, and specialized metal washers. Construction is less affected by weather, temperature, and humidity.
Empty laying system:
Generally used for underground, roof, floor, rooftop gardens, and pedestrian driving roofs. No need for adhesives or fasteners. According to user needs, add a layer of non-woven fabric on top of the waterproof layer for protection.
