BASE TREATMENT
(1) After the pouring of the fine aggregate concrete cushion layer is completed, it should be promptly drained, compacted, and smoothed. If there are defects such as honeycomb, rough surface, cracking, gaps, and holes, a 1:2.5 cement mortar should be used for leveling. The cushion layer should be solid, flat, and clean. It can be damp but there should be no visible water. Otherwise, it should be sealed and drained in advance to avoid hindering the construction of the waterproof layer.
(2) The base layer of the facade of enclosure structures such as piles and ground connecting walls, which adopt the method of external and internal waterproofing, can be leveled with concrete, cement mortar, etc. The flatness of the base surface should meet the requirement of D/L ≤ 1/6, where D is the depth between adjacent convex surfaces and L is the distance between adjacent convex surfaces. When the flatness does not meet the requirements, a 1:2.5 cement mortar should be used for filling and smoothing. Before the base concrete hardens, sharp and protruding debris such as stones on the surface of the base should be removed.
(3) The steel bars, bolts, etc. protruding from the surface of the base layer should be cut off from the root, and the cut area should be covered with a 1:2.5 cement mortar for leveling treatment. The thickness of the covering mortar should not be less than 20mm, and the coverage should meet the flatness requirements of the base surface.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Construction process of external anti sticking and internal pasting
(1) Construction technology of pre laid roll material for bottom cushion layer plane
Cleaning the base layer → marking the base surface → positioning → laying the pre laid waterproofing membrane in an empty space → overlapping the membrane → processing the detailed nodes → self inspection → repair → acceptance → binding the steel bars → pouring the concrete for the bottom plate structure. When laying the first pre laid membrane, first position the membrane in an empty space on the base surface according to the marked reference line, and ensure that the smooth surface of the high-density polyethylene plate of the membrane faces the base layer, and the surface of the weather resistant particle layer faces the construction personnel. Carefully correct the position of the membrane. The overlap width between the adjacent second roll and the first roll in the long side direction shall not be less than 70mm. During the overlap operation, the isolation paper at the overlap of the roll shall be torn off first, and attention shall be paid to keeping the overlap clean, dry, and dust-free. When performing the overlap bonding operation, the air in the overlap edge shall be immediately discharged, and the pressure roller shall be used to compact and bond it firmly. Repeat the above operation until the entire surface of the roll material is laid. For short lap joints, special adhesive or tape should be used to stick and compact firmly, with a width of not less than 70mm.
(2) Construction technology of pre laid roll material for side wall facade
Leveling of the base layer of the enclosure structure facade → inspection → cleaning → marking of the base surface → positioning → mechanical fixation and laying of pre laid waterproof rolls → overlapping treatment of rolls → detailed node treatment → self inspection → repair → acceptance → binding of steel bars → pouring of concrete for the side wall structure
When laying pre laid rolls for vertical walls, first align the pre laid rolls with the snap line position on the base layer of the enclosure structure wall. The smooth surface of the rolls should face the durable enclosure structure, and the weather resistant particle layer should face the structural concrete wall. Use mechanical fixation to fix the roll material to the support surface of the enclosure structure wall, and the nail fixation position should be 5mm away from the outer edge of the self-adhesive edge reserved in the longitudinal direction of the roll material. According to the actual situation on site, mechanical fixation can be carried out every 500mm along the longitudinal overlapping edge of the coil material. During construction, remove the isolation film on the surface of the self-adhesive overlap edge reserved in the long direction, and perform long edge overlap while ensuring that all nail fixation points are covered by the overlapping edges of adjacent rolls. After overlapping, it should be immediately rolled with a pressure roller to ensure a tight seal. For the short lap edges of the coil, mechanical fixation should be carried out every 500mm or so according to the site conditions, with the nail fixation position 5mm away from the outer edge of the coil. After the nail fixation operation is completed, special glue or tape should be used to bond and seal the short edge lap joints, and ensure that all nail fixation points are covered by the lap edges of the lower coil.
