PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Polyethylene propylene (polyester) polymer waterproof roll is mainly made of polypropylene non-woven fabric and polyethylene as the main raw materials, and improved by adding additives to enhance performance. It is a new type of waterproof material with a reinforced protective layer, anti-aging layer, waterproof layer, and thickening reinforcement layer, which is compounded in one go through an automated production line.
PRODUCT FEATURES
▪ This product is composed of different materials, and its performance has been significantly improved. In particular, the product has a separate anti-aging layer, which greatly improves its service life.
▪ The upper and lower surfaces of the product are rough, and the non-woven fibers have an irregular cross structure, forming a three-dimensional mesh, which makes it have high tensile strength, strong impermeability, good low-temperature flexibility, low expansion coefficient, and good temperature resistance
Low lift effect, strong deformation adaptability, high friction coefficient, can be used in combination with various adhesives, and has good bonding effect.
▪ When bonding this product to the cement base, cement paste can be used as the adhesive. The cement paste can directly enter the mesh holes on the surface of the roll and solidify with the cement, without aging
Due to issues such as mold growth and hydrolysis, the bonding is firm and not suitable for peeling off.

▪ There are no special requirements for the moisture content of the leveling layer (base layer) when using this product for construction, as long as there is no water, the construction can be carried out, and the construction quality is reliable.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1、 Construction Procedure: Acceptance of Leveling Layer → Cleaning of Base Layer → Preparation of Cement Adhesive → Application of Additional Layer → Construction of Base Layer → Protective Layer → Maintenance
2、 Before bonding, pre lay and align the roll material, then fold and roll up both ends of the roll material. Pour the prepared cement adhesive onto the base layer and evenly scrape it open with a scraper. Then push the roll material forward and promptly use a scraper to remove any air left inside the roll material and scrape off excess adhesive. The bonding rate between the coil and the leveling layer is ≥ 85%.
3、 Seam method:
▪ Roof waterproof joint construction: The vapor barrier layer, waterproof layer, and additional layer are all connected by lap joint method, bonded with cement adhesive, with a width of 10cm. The joint of the additional layer is staggered with the joint of the waterproof layer by more than 5cm.
▪ Construction of basement waterproof joints: Adopting a 10-15cm overlapping cover strip joint method, the cover strip is bonded with polymer joint adhesive.
▪ The overlap width of waterproof membrane is 8-10cm for the long side and 10-15cm for the short side. The adjacent short side joints should be staggered by more than 100cm, and the angle between the wall and the ground should be at least 30cm.
4、 Protective layer:
After the roll material is laid and glued, a protective layer of 1:2.5 cement mortar with a thickness of 2cm should be applied on the waterproof layer in two stages. The joints of the two layers must be staggered by more than 20cm, and the protective layer should be flat and watered for curing.
When bonding polymer polyethylene acrylic (polyester) waterproofing membrane to the main structure, a special matching cement material is used as the adhesive.、
