PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Plastic modified asphalt waterproofing membrane (APP) is made by impregnating APP (random polypropylene) or APAO, APO (polyolefin polymer) modified asphalt as the coating material, using high-quality polyester felt, fiberglass felt as the base, and fine sand, mineral particle (sheet) material, PE film as the covering material. It is refined by advanced technology.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
▪ Generally used for waterproofing in industrial and civil buildings.

▪ Waterproofing for municipal engineering projects such as bridges, roads, parking lots, subways, tunnels, etc.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
▪ Fill the base layer with modified asphalt cold base oil, and after drying, mark the laying line of the waterproofing membrane according to the determined reference line of the waterproofing membrane.
▪ Spread the waterproof membrane along the laying line on the base layer, cut it according to the size, and then roll it up in the opposite direction to be laid (naturally rolled up).
▪ During hot melt construction, align the flame spray gun (spray lamp or electric heating machine) with the temperature adjusted at a distance of about 150mm at the interface of the waterproof membrane base layer. At the same time, quickly bake the membrane and base layer. When the adhesive glue on the edge of the membrane turns black and shiny, immediately roll it and compact it with a rubber roller to eliminate air.
▪ During cold bonding construction, use a rubber scraper to fully scrape the adhesive according to half of the width of the roll to be laid, then roll and paste the already determined waterproof roll in parallel, and use rubber rollers to push the roll while laying, eliminating air and compacting it.
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
▪ During hot melt construction, the treatment agent applied to the base layer must be dried for 4 hours (preferably non stick to the feet) before the roll laying operation can be carried out to prevent fires. Adequate fire-fighting equipment should also be provided on the construction site.
▪ During roof construction work, construction personnel are not allowed to wear spiked shoes to enter the site and must wear safety belts. There should be protective facilities around.
▪ Pay attention to the protection of finished products. Non construction personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the construction site and must conceal it within the specified time.
