PRODUCT DESCRIPTION      
Self adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane (hereinafter referred to as Class N) is made of synthetic rubber such as SBS, high-quality road asphalt, and thickening agents as the base material. A self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt non tire waterproofing membrane made of polyester film (PET), polyethylene film (PE), aluminum foil or silicon coated isolation film as the upper surface material, and silicon coated isolation film as the anti sticking layer on the lower surface.
Self adhesive polymer modified asphalt polyester tire waterproofing membrane (hereinafter referred to as PY type) is based on long filament polyester felt as the tire base and impregnated with thickening polymer modified asphalt as the coating material. The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt polyester tire waterproofing membrane is made by covering the upper surface with polyethylene film, fine sand, shale, aluminum foil or isolation film as the isolation layer, and coating the lower surface with silicon isolation film as the anti sticking layer.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

▪ Key waterproofing projects and waterproofing and moisture prevention of roofs, walls, basements, bathrooms, etc. in industrial and civil buildings;
▪ Waterproofing of bridges, roads, parking lots, water channels, swimming pools, tunnels, subways, pipe galleries, and reservoir buildings;
▪ Especially suitable for waterproofing projects that cannot be exposed to open flames.   

PRODUCT FEATURES

▪ Special formula and unique manufacturing process make it have the characteristics of cold construction, no use of open flames, and no pollution to the environment;
▪ Polyester felt has high tensile strength, high elongation, and strong adaptability to base shrinkage, cracking, and deformation;
▪ Using polymer modified asphalt as coating material, it has good high and low temperature resistance and meets the needs of exposed waterproof layer;
▪ Good bonding performance, synchronized with the service life of the roll material and the self bonding of the roll joint;
▪ The self-adhesive rubber asphalt on the lower surface of the coil is coated in regular strips, which bond it to the base layer and have unique functions;
▪ Establish a steam exhaust channel to balance the steam pressure at the base layer and avoid bulging of the waterproof layer;
▪ During shrinkage, cracking, and deformation of the base layer, it is possible to avoid cracking of the waterproof layer caused by full adhesion between the waterproof layer and the base layer.
