PRODUCT FEATURES
▪ It can withstand the rolling construction of hot asphalt concrete at high temperatures, has strong bonding strength with hot asphalt concrete, and can transmit heavy traffic horizontal displacement loads.
▪ It has the function of backing reinforcement for asphalt concrete, which can effectively prevent the occurrence and development of cracks in asphalt concrete, improve the occurrence and development of cracks in asphalt concrete, enhance the service life of asphalt concrete pavement and the comfort of vehicle driving.
▪ Waterproof performance: The cracks and voids in the asphalt concrete surface layer on roads and bridges will generate a huge "pump" pressure water effect under the action of driving loads, which will protect the reinforced concrete structure with steel bars.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
▪ Self adhesive, SBS, and APP type I rolls are mainly used for paving asphalt concrete, while APP type II rolls are mainly used for paving poured asphalt concrete mixtures.
▪ Waterproofing of railway bridge decks, highway bridge decks, and tunnels. Especially suitable for projects that require high elongation and low-temperature flexibility of the waterproof layer.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
▪ Construction tools: brooms, scissors, tape measures, scrapers, brushes, rollers, spray lamps or guns, etc.
▪ Base treatment: Before laying the roll material, the waterproof base layer (leveling layer) should be inspected and accepted. The surface should be dry and the moisture content should not exceed 9%. The base layer should be hard, free of hollowing, sanding, cracks, looseness, dust falling, unevenness and other defects. The internal and external corners should be made into a circular arc shape.
▪ Brushing base oil: Clean the base layer that has passed the acceptance inspection and is free of dust, and then apply cold base oil uniformly.
▪ Roll catching and pasting: After the cold base oil is dried, lay the roll, place it in the right position, ignite the spray gun or spray gun, heat it evenly within the width, melt it to a bright black color, and immediately roll and catch it after hot melting. Roll and exhaust to make it flat and firmly adhered, without wrinkles or overlapping parts. After overflowing the hot melt asphalt, immediately scrape and seal the interface.
