PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Copper based SBS root puncture resistant waterproof roll is a modified asphalt roll made of special composite copper or copper foil base as the roll base, with imported chemical root blocking agent SBS modified asphalt as the coating material, and polyethylene film, fine sand or mineral granules as the isolation material on both sides.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
On the basis of possessing all the functions of SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane, this product also adds anti root puncture properties, which can be widely used in various waterproofing projects such as civil building marginalization, square greening, residential roof greening, industrial plant roof greening, etc.
KEY CONSTRUCTION POINTS
▪ Base treatment: The waterproof base must be cleaned thoroughly to ensure firmness, dryness, and smoothness (flatness). When encountering uneven areas on the construction surface, they should be leveled or ground first, and the edges and corners should also be rounded (rolled) in advance. Apply base treatment agent completely to all construction surfaces and wait for complete drying.
▪ Additional waterproof layer for node details: For general details such as internal and external corners on three sides, gutters, eaves gutters, deformation joints, etc., an additional layer of specialized roll material shall be added according to relevant specifications.
▪ Construction of ordinary waterproof layer: hot melt construction.
▪ Construction of Root Blocking Waterproof Layer: Hot melt construction, using the same construction method as ordinary modified asphalt waterproofing membrane.
