PRODUCT DESCRIPTION  
Metal roof waterproof coating is a high-quality waterproof coating made of pure acrylic lotion and high-quality pigments and fillers, supplemented by a waterproof system made of non-woven polyester cloth. This system can provide perfect solutions for the daylighting board of metal roof, protruding roof pipe, fan mouth, metal plate lap joint, fixing screws, gutter and other weak parts of waterproof. It has excellent fatigue resistance, aging resistance, low temperature flexibility and excellent elasticity. It is an expert in metal roof waterproof. After the warranty period expires, appropriate maintenance and repair can be carried out to extend the warranty period.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION 
Mainly used for waterproofing of panel joints, daylighting strips, roof openings, gutters, screws in steel structure factories, as well as waterproofing of metal roof walls and metal ship decks.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
▪ Roof panel overlap: Roof panel overlap can be divided into horizontal overlap and vertical overlap. Overlap in the same direction as the roof slope is called vertical overlap, and overlap perpendicular to the roof slope direction is called horizontal overlap. Apply a layer of metal roof specific polymer waterproof coating at the horizontal overlap of the metal roof panel. When it is still wet, embed a 20cm wide reinforced polyester cloth into it, and then fully apply the coating on the surface without exposing the white, until it is completely dry. Apply a layer of metal roof specific polymer waterproofing at the vertical overlap of the roof panel. While it is still wet, embed a 15cm wide reinforcing fabric into it, and then fully wet the reinforcing polyester fabric with paint from above until it is completely dry; Apply two more coats of paint on the surface.
▪ Metal roof protrusions (such as cable anchors, air vents, fan ports, etc.): Cut reinforced polyester cloth of appropriate size and shape, and cut it as required. Apply a layer of metal roof specific polymer waterproof coating around the protrusions, lay the cut reinforced polyester cloth on it, and then fully soak the reinforced polyester cloth with metal roof specific polymer waterproof coating from above to ensure no bubbles, wrinkles, or white spots. After it is completely dry, apply 2-3 coats of metal roof specific polymer waterproof coating. After it is completely dry, it is ready to use.
▪ Metal roof fasteners: Use 10cm × 10cm reinforced polyester cloth, and waterproof measures should be treated in the same way as above. If there is rust, rust prevention treatment should be carried out first before waterproof construction.
▪ Waterproof treatment of the overlap between the skylight panel and the roof panel: Due to the fact that the skylight panel and the roof color steel plate are opposite materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion and contraction, it is easy to cause deformation joints and leakage. At the same time, the selected waterproof material requires good compatibility between both. The "three coats and one cloth" waterproofing system treatment method is: all overlapping parts should be treated with waterproofing, using 20cm wide reinforced polyester cloth, and using the "three coats and one cloth" method for treatment, so that the daylighting board and the roof panel form a seamless structure around the perimeter.
▪ Treatment of both sides of the ridge tile and the gutter: There is also a risk of water leakage on both sides of the ridge tile cover and the welded part of the gutter.
