PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Acrylic waterproof coating is an exposed, highly elastic waterproof material with a variety of colors that balance aesthetics and waterproofing. The product has a smooth film formation, full texture, excellent resilience, elongation, and UV resistance, making it very suitable for outdoor waterproof layer applications.

PRODUCT FEATURES

▪ Cold construction, simple construction, short construction period, no pollution, and easy maintenance;

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Base treatment
The base layer should be free of oil, pollutants, and floating dust. It is required that the base layer be flat, dry, and solid. Cracks and grooves should be left at the base layer and pipe roots, and sealed with sealing materials. Afterwards, an additional layer should be added. The internal and external corners should be made into circular arcs, with a radius greater than 25mm for the internal corner and 5mm for the external corner.
Precautions during the construction process
▪ The next coating must be applied after the previous coating has dried. If there is any sediment in the coating during the construction process, it should be stirred evenly before use;
▪ The previous and next scraping directions should be perpendicular to each other;
▪ For construction with reinforced layers, polyester non-woven fabric or nylon reinforced mesh fabric can be immediately laid after the first coating is applied. The reinforced layer should be laid flat without wrinkles and brushed tightly with a brush;
▪ After the coating construction is completed, it should be naturally cured for 7-9 days.
