PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Spray-applied rapid-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a high-performance waterproof, impermeable, anti-corrosive, and protective coating produced through a special process. It is formulated by combining ultra-fine, suspended, microemulsion-type modified anionic emulsified asphalt and synthetic high molecular polymer (Component A), which is then mixed and reacted with a special curing agent (Component B). The liquid rubber is sprayed and formed into a film using advanced cold spray technology.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
▪ External waterproofing of underground structures: subways, building basements, utility tunnels (cable and fiber optic cable tunnels), etc;
▪ Roof waterproofing: concrete flat roof, color steel sandwich insulation board, slate tile, shelter trench, etc;
▪ Artificial lakes, pools, waste disposal sites, sedimentation basins, golf course ponds, etc;
▪ Waterproofing and anti-corrosion for underground passages, wastewater treatment plants, and both inside and outside of swimming pools;

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
▪ The two-component (spray type) consists of component A (liquid material) and component B (liquid material), which are sprayed by a dedicated spray rapid setting equipment according to a predetermined ratio, pressure, etc., and solidify into a film in 3-5 seconds. Suitable for underground tunnel arches and other areas that are not easy to apply during construction, as well as large-scale waterproofing construction.
▪ Before large-scale spraying, it is necessary to wait until all the additional layers have formed a film. First, check the integrity of the spraying machine, whether the spray gun of the spraying machine is clean, and whether the raw material transfer pipe, filter screen, and valve are functioning properly. Spraying operations should be carried out in different zones and covered in advance. Adjust the distance and angle between the nozzle and the base surface, as well as the pressure of the spraying equipment, to achieve surface entrainment of the material after spraying, without exposing the bottom and with uniform thickness.
