PRODUCT DESCRIPTION  
The base treatment agent is a product obtained by high-speed shear emulsification of asphalt using emulsifiers (such as propylene triamine, rosin oil, quaternary ammonium salt, etc.). This product is a coating applied to the base layer before the construction of the waterproof layer. It has strong toughness, good elasticity, fatigue resistance, anti-aging properties, strong waterproofing, does not flow at high temperatures, does not crack at low temperatures, and is cold-applied, with wide environmental adaptability.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION 
▪ For the compartment joints, wall cracks, expansion joints, and assembly joints of cement pavement, flooring, and roof leveling layers, when pouring grease or hot asphalt, apply cold primer oil to the low walls of the joint groove as the base material.
▪ When laying the oil felt and waterproof membrane waterproof layer, brushing it on the cement base as a base can prevent the water layer from peeling and bulging.
▪ Used for the protection of steel structures, electrified railway systems, ships, bridge plastics, and various galvanized steel pipes, wave plates, and galvanized steel frame structures in environments prone to high temperature, humidity, chemical, air pollution, and high salt content near the sea. Multi use anti-corrosion engineering for dry underground pipelines.
▪ Waterproof the roofs, floor bathrooms, and kitchen rooms using dry industrial and civil building concrete, and waterproof the insulation layer roof with asphalt perlite as the insulation layer.
▪ Used for moisture prevention in underground concrete buildings, renovation of old asphalt felt roofs, and maintenance of rigid self waterproofing roofs.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
▪ Usually, it is required that the humidity at the grassroots level be less than 7%.
▪ It must be thoroughly stirred before use.
▪ If there is severe rust or oil stains on the metal surface during construction, it should be painted after rust removal or wiping clean.
▪ The base layer and joints should be cleaned and kept dry. Various joints and nodes must be filled and compacted with grease to ensure the smoothness and solidity of the base, and to prevent sanding, powdering, peeling, and strong lines.
▪ Mix evenly first and then apply one coat. The coating should not be too thick and should not flow. During the construction process, it is strictly prohibited to step on the wet waterproof layer.
