PRODUCT DESCRIPTION  
Water-based grouting liquid is a high molecular chemical grouting material formed by the reaction of hydrophilic polyether polyol with isocyanate, with isocyanate groups at the ends. This material undergoes a chemical reaction upon contact with water, forming an elastic colloidal solidified body, thus achieving excellent waterproofing and leakage stopping purposes. It is a new type of high-pressure grouting material for waterproofing and leakage stopping. 
Oil-based grouting liquid is a high-molecular chemical grouting material produced through the reaction of hydrophobic polyether polyol, polyisocyanate, and various additives. Upon contact with water, this material undergoes a chemical reaction and rapidly foams and expands, forming a high-strength, elastic PU dense consolidation body. It blocks structural cracks and adheres tightly to the substrate, effectively resisting thermal cycling changes and frequent crack expansion and contraction, thus achieving excellent waterstopping effects. It is a new type of high-pressure grouting material for waterproofing and leak stopping.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Characteristics of water-based products 
▪ The slurry reacts immediately upon contact with water, foaming and expanding to block water leakage. 
The elastic colloidal solid formed exhibits good ductility, impermeability, and low-temperature resistance, maintaining its original shape in water for a long time.   
▪ Low viscosity, good pourability, and the solidified body poses no pollution to the human body when soaked in water.   
▪ Applicable to single-fluid high-pressure filling machines.
Characteristics of oily products 
▪ Single component, no need for metering and mixing. 
▪ It has good hydrophobic properties, high chemical stability, high strength, and good toughness. 
▪ Resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, with good chemical corrosion resistance. 
▪ The coating is smooth, wear-resistant, and resistant to mold growth. 
▪ Excellent bonding performance with concrete base and other building materials. 
The viscosity and curing speed of the grouting adhesive can be adjusted according to the needs of the project.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION 
This product is suitable for any concrete cracks, tunnels, subways, dams, bridges, basements, bathrooms, expansion joints, etc., that contain water or are leaking. Under high water pressure, an appropriate amount of catalyst can be added to quickly foam, expand, and solidify.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Clean the dirt at the leakage site and locate the leakage point. Drill holes every 10-30cm and insert needles. Pour the grouting material into the material cup of the grouting machine according to the required amount. Connect the needle, start the grouting, and stop when grout emerges from the leakage point or adjacent holes.
