PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The production process of EVA waterproof boards utilizes an advanced two-stage co-extrusion single-layer extrusion method. The raw material resin EVA is mixed with reinforcing agents and antioxidants, heated to melt, plasticized, extruded into shape, and then pulled to form the board. Alternatively, it can be thermally integrated with geotextiles (signal layer) that have been threaded with slings to form composite waterproof boards. The extrusion calendering method can also be used, where the resin is melted and plasticized in an extruder, and the molten sheet is extruded through a slit die at the head and fused with the slings. The sheet is then calendered and cooled on a roller to form a smooth film, or fused with geotextiles that have been threaded with slings, and calendered and cooled on a roller to form a composite waterproof board.
