Product Description
The tunnel waterproofing sheet is a newly developed, dedicated product by Jinzan Waterproofing, designed specifically for tunnel waterproofing construction.
It is manufactured using China’s advanced three-layer co-extrusion blow molding process. The film is formed from raw resins EVA and HDPE, with a small amount of functional additives, through heating, melting, plasticizing, blowing, ring air cooling, and hauling. This film is then thermally bonded to geotextile (signal layer) pre-threaded with hangers to form a composite waterproofing sheet.
Alternatively, it can be produced via the extrusion calendering method: the resin is melted and plasticized in an extruder, then extruded through the die gap to form a molten sheet that is fused with hangers. This is then calendered and cooled by rollers to form a plain film. It can also be fused with geotextile (signal layer) pre-threaded with hangers, then calendered and cooled to produce waterproofing membranes (waterproofing sheets).
