PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
K11 waterproof slurry is a two-component, acrylic polymer modified cement-based waterproof material. Due to its permeability and flexibility towards the substrate, the membrane blocks water infiltration. At the same time, it has good adhesion to concrete and mortar, forming a tight and reliable bond with them, resulting in excellent waterproof performance. This product is environmentally friendly, can inhibit the growth of mold and prevent salt pollution. It is easy to construct without being limited by conditions and can be used for wet operations, making it economical and practical.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
▪ It can be directly constructed on damp or dry bricks, mortar, concrete, metal, wood, various insulation layers, and various waterproof layers (such as asphalt, rubber, SBS, APP, polyurethane, etc.).
▪ It can be used on various old and new buildings and structures, such as houses, bathrooms, underground engineering, tunnels, bridges, pools, reservoirs, etc.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
▪ Open the plastic bucket and take out all the inner packaging materials from the bucket. First, inject lotion into the plastic bucket in a certain proportion, and then slowly pour lotion into the corresponding lotion in a certain proportion.
▪ Stir until uniform and free of clumps for about 5 minutes, with electric stirring being preferred. Allow the slurry to mature for about 3 minutes, then stir for 30 seconds. Use a brush or drum to apply at least two layers in a cross pattern. The first layer of coating should have no gaps on the base surface. When the first layer of coating has cured and produced sufficient strength, the next process can only be carried out after each layer of coating has dried, with an interval of about 3-6 hours. The closed water test can only be conducted after the coating has completely dried for about 48-72 hours. (Depending on the ambient temperature)
▪ Please use up the slurry within 45 minutes after opening, and promptly clean the residual waterproof slurry on the construction tools with water.
