PRODUCT DESCRIPTION        
Chlorinated polyethylene rubber blended waterproofing membrane is a widely used high-end new waterproofing material with comprehensive superior waterproof performance. It is made by blending a suitable amount of synthetic rubber, vulcanizing agent, accelerator, reinforcing agent, softener, anti-aging agent and other chemical raw materials with single sex chlorinated polyethylene as the main material, and processing through batching, mixing, tablet filtration, cold feed extrusion, and continuous vulcanization and cooling without pressure. Advanced equipment and processes ensure the performance of the product.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Due to the dual characteristics of rubber and chlorinated polyethylene, chlorinated polyethylene rubber blended waterproofing membrane is suitable for moisture-proof, leakage prevention, and new construction of various building roofs, walls, underground buildings, bathrooms, ponds, reservoirs, and other projects.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

▪ The base is flat, and the flatness is checked with a 1m long ruler. The gap is only allowed to change gently and not exceed 5mm.
▪ The base layer of the bridge deck and the inner side of the retaining wall from the root to the upper corner, as well as the base layer from the inner side of the inner wall and the edge to the upper opening, shall be free of honeycomb, rough surface, floating debris, floating soil, and oil stains.
▪ The waterproof membrane should be laid on the bridge deck to the base of the retaining wall and vertical wall, and gradually laid in the uphill direction. The joints between the membrane and the retaining wall and vertical wall should be coated with waterproof paint.
▪ When the span of the beam is greater than 16m, it is allowed for the waterproofing membrane to be longitudinally overlapped at one point, first longitudinally overlapped, and then horizontally overlapped along the longitudinal centerline of the bridge deck. Slurry binder, cement slurry binder is mixed with 42.5R ordinary Portland cement, special rubber powder, and water: the ratio is: 100kg cement, 60kg water, 120g special rubber powder, and 800g reinforcing agent.

PRODUCT FEATURES

The product has excellent properties such as weather aging resistance, ozone resistance, flame retardancy, high and low temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. At the same time, it has the characteristics of high tensile strength, high elongation, good bonding performance, light weight, convenient construction, and long service life.

This roll can be placed in a high concentration ozone environment of 1000 pphm to keep the roll in a stretched state. After 168 hours of treatment, the sample still did not show any cracks.

Due to the main raw material of the chlorinated polyethylene modified system, the bonding and flame retardant properties of the blended coil have been greatly improved, making it an easy to bond material and enhancing the reliability of waterproofing engineering.

It has strong adaptability to the expansion, cracking, and deformation of the base layer, creating conditions for improving the quality of waterproof engineering and extending the service life of the waterproof layer.
