PRODUCT DESCRIPTION         
The EPDM rubber waterproofing membrane adopts internationally advanced cold feed extrusion continuous vulcanization process equipment, selects EPDM rubber and high-quality raw materials, adds processing aids such as carbon black reinforcing agent, modifier, plasticizer, vulcanization accelerator, etc., and undergoes processes such as mixing, refining, filtering, extrusion molding, continuous vulcanization, and inspection to produce high elastic synthetic polymer waterproofing membrane.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

The EPDM rubber waterproofing system consists of EPDM rubber waterproofing membrane, system accessories, system design, and construction. The waterproof system is advanced, mature, complete and reliable; A complete set of application technologies including full adhesion method, empty laying method, mechanical fixation method waterproofing system and system supporting materials, node design, construction technology, etc. Users can choose appropriate construction methods according to their architectural design needs.
Full adhesion method: base leveling → calendering → drying → applying base adhesive → unfolding and positioning the roll → cleaning the overlap area → applying overlap adhesive → rolling the overlap area → detailed treatment → completion
Full adhesion method: The full adhesion method uses a base layer adhesive to directly adhere the EPDM roll to the base layer, with adjacent rolls overlapping by no less than 10cm. Then, the EPDM special adhesive is used for joint overlapping to form a continuous and closed waterproof layer of the roll. Afterwards, according to the specifications, the surrounding and perforated areas are treated with flashing.  
Empty laying method: Loosely lay the EPDM waterproofing membrane on the base layer on a large surface, with a minimum overlap of 10cm between the two membranes. Then, use a special adhesive to bond the lap joints, with a minimum overlap of 10cm. Finally, use a special adhesive to bond the lap joints. Afterwards, according to the regulatory requirements, the surrounding and perforated areas will be treated with flooding.
Empty laying method: unfolding and positioning the roll material → cleaning the overlapping area → applying overlapping adhesive → rolling the overlapping area → detailed treatment → completing the inversion method: it is a construction method that places the insulation layer on top of the waterproof layer.
The empty paving method and inverted method can be applied to any underground and roof that can carry heavy objects, and the general roof slope should not exceed 1:6.  
Mechanical fixation method: unfolding and positioning of the coil → mechanical fixation → cleaning of the overlap area → application of overlap adhesive → rolling of the overlap area → detailed treatment → completion
Mechanical fixation method: It is a construction method of fixing EPDM waterproofing membrane with metal pressure strips on the base layer.
